About the Role
Management Solutions International seeks an AVEVA SCADA Engineer with 5-6 years of hands-on experience to maintain and support distributed SCADA systems across multiple tunnel sites in Doha.

Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for SCADA nodes and control rooms
- Troubleshoot software, communication, alarm, and system performance issues
- Handle system patching, backups, redundancy checks, and failover testing
- Monitor historian data, alarms, system integrations, and overall SCADA health
- Maintain logs, RCA reports, maintenance documentation, and change records
- Work closely with OEMs, consultants, and internal teams for improvements and escalations
- Support activities related to cybersecurity, asset lifecycle, and system upgrades
Requirements
- 5–6 years of hands on SCADA maintenance experience (infrastructure/utilities experience is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of AVEVA System Platform, Intouch/OMI, Historian & Galaxy Repository
- Familiarity with PLCs — Schneider, Siemens, or Rockwell
- Good understanding of OPC UA/DA, industrial networking, redundancy, and remote architectures
- Solid troubleshooting, reporting, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering
- Qatar driving license is a plus

About the Role
- In this role, you'll be the go to person for maintaining and supporting distributed SCADA systems built on AVEVA System Platform across multiple tunnel sites.
What You'll Be Doing

Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- AVEVA System Platform certification is highly preferred.
- Networking or cybersecurity certifications are an added advantage
