About the Role
We are seeking an AV/ELV Systems Engineer to manage and develop solution design, sourcing, evaluation, implementation, and maintenance for venue AV/ELV solutions. The role requires 8+ years of experience in AV/ELV system design and implementation, preferably in sports venues or large-scale events.

- Interact with stakeholders and clients to identify and gather solution requirements
- Prepare and develop the technical scope and solution's technical specifications
- Conduct technical evaluations, design validation, risk assessments, and feasibility studies for proposed solutions
- Plan and ensure the integration of various AV/ELV components and systems to function seamlessly
- Provide expert guidance on AV/ELV technologies and best practices
- Oversee AV/ELV projects from initiation to completion, managing timelines, resources, and budgets
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members
- Oversee the installation of AV/ELV systems and conduct system commissioning and performance testing
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records, and prepare regular progress reports
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance
- Develop routine system check procedures and checklists, and implement quality control processes
- Coordinate and provide technical support for hosted events, ensuring AV/ELV systems are set up correctly
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in AV/ELV system design and implementation, preferably in sports venues or large scale events
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or other related field
- Certifications such as CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) or equivalent are highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of AV/ELV technologies, standards, and best practices
- Proven project management experience with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with large scale AV/ELV projects in sports venues or similar environments preferred
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Role Overview

- Assessing to ensure the functionality, quality, and reliability of the AV/ELV solutions support the venue's operational requirements.
Planning and Review of AV/ELV Solutions
- Interacting with the stakeholders and clients to identify and gather the solution requirements

- Coordinating and providing technical support for hosted events, ensuring all AV/ELV systems are set up and functioning correctly
- Developing and implementing emergency response procedures for AV/ELV solutions to address unexpected failures or incidents
- Leading the response efforts during emergencies, ensuring swift resolution and minimal impact on venue operations
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in AV/ELV system design and implementation, preferably in sports venues or large scale events
