Role overview
Plan, initiate, and conduct sales processes with customers visiting the showroom or reached through sales calls.
Contribute to the achievement of automotive service sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers entering the showroom and maintain a professional automotive sales environment.
- Initiate the service process, understand customer needs, and provide qualified advice on vehicle service products.
- Explain available services, vehicle suitability, required service check-ups, and warranty coverage.
- Build customer rapport through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Recommend additional services that add value to customers' vehicles.
- Ensure pre-delivery inspections are quality-control certified before vehicles leave the facility.
- Place the D Luxe perfume and D Luxe items on vehicles leaving the facility.
- Request customer reviews on Google Maps.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Three years of automotive experience is required.
- Arabic and English are required.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
