Support daily accounting and finance operations.
Maintain accurate financial records and assist the Accountant with reporting and administrative tasks.
Accounting Operations
- Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Record and maintain financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense reports.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
Records and Reporting
- Maintain organized and current financial documentation.
- Assist with monthly financial reports and summaries.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Verify invoices and supporting documents before payment processing.
- Monitor petty cash and maintain proper records.
Coordination and Compliance
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments and supplier balances.
- Assist with VAT-related documentation and filings.
- Coordinate with departments to obtain required financial information.
- Perform other accounting and finance duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous accounting or finance experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures is required.
- Familiarity with VAT and basic UAE accounting requirements is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is required.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational, time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 1,800–AED 2,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
