- Oversee complete technical, manufacturing, and production operations of an automotive and specialty chemicals facility
- Lead teams and drive operational excellence
- Manage automotive chemical formulation and product development
- Oversee batch manufacturing, blending, mixing, filling, and packaging operations
- Manage production planning and manufacturing management
- Ensure QA/QC systems, laboratory testing, and quality compliance
- Perform factory troubleshooting and process optimization
- Drive cost reduction and manufacturing performance improvement
- Lead new product development and innovation
- Provide technical leadership of production and cross functional teams
- Handle operational reporting, coordination, and team management
Requirements
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Petrochemicals, or related technical discipline
- Strong experience in automotive chemicals or related chemical manufacturing
- Hands on leadership experience within a chemical manufacturing or production environment
- Strong understanding of batch production, blending, filling, packaging, and plant operations
- Exposure to QA/QC systems and quality compliance
- Excellent leadership, coordination, communication, and reporting skills
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is preferred
- 5–10 years of relevant industry experience preferred

Job Overview
- We are supporting a leading industrial manufacturing organization in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia in the appointment of an Automotive Chemical Manufacturing senior leadership role.
- This role oversees the complete technical, manufacturing, and production operations of an automotive and specialty chemicals facility.
- Relocation to KSA is required.

Candidate Requirements
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Petrochemicals, or a related technical discipline
- Strong experience in automotive chemicals or related chemical manufacturing is essential
- Hands on leadership experience within a chemical manufacturing or production environment
- Strong understanding of batch production, blending, filling, packaging, and plant operations
- Exposure to QA/QC systems and quality compliance is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership, coordination, communication, and reporting skills
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is preferred
- 5–10 years of relevant industry experience preferred
Salary Range
- SAR 9,000 – 12,000 + Benefits
