About This Opportunity
Manage a 24x7 Network Operations Center environment as an Automated Operations Engineer.
Serve as the NOC Shift Lead responsible for service delivery, contractual obligations, and team standards.
Lead by example in a fast-paced operational environment.
What You Will Do
- Own daily NOC operational performance and smooth network operations.
- Lead the team to meet SLAs and KPIs for network surveillance and first-level troubleshooting.
- Manage trouble tickets and provide timely follow-up under the MSTOP process.
- Drive performance reviews and corrective or preventive actions.
- Coordinate with NPI, NPO, Optimization, SRF, Field Operations, and Customer Support.
- Ensure new node integrations follow standardized processes.
- Publish KPI and SLA reports to customers and stakeholders.
- Forecast manpower requirements and manage team capacity.
- Conduct performance appraisals and support Balanced Scorecard fulfillment.
- Maintain team morale, manage attrition, and support competence development.
- Report security breach incidents and suggest corrective measures.
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.
- 3–4 years of experience in telecom network operations.
- ITIL, CCNA, JNCIA, or CCIP certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of GSM, CDMA, telecom service networks, SQL, Perl, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience in people management and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Hindi.
- Integrity, positive attitude, and ability to perform under pressure.
