About the Role
Provide technical and operational support for 4G/5G UDM network functions and production environments.
Support network function monitoring and customer-reported problems according to established processes and contracted service levels.
Contribute to project delivery through system integration, testing, and upgrades.
What You Will Do
- Act as the main customer support interface across the UDM domain.
- Monitor and maintain UDM nodes.
- Lead incident, problem, and change management activities.
- Support monitoring during cloud infrastructure upgrades and perform post-upgrade UDM node health checks.
- Collaborate with global domain teams and interface with customers.
- Ensure high availability, resiliency, and performance optimization of deployed solutions.
- Participate in 24x7 emergency support when necessary.
Education and Experience
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, such as BTech or equivalent, from a recognized and accredited institution.
- Have a background in IT or telecom operations and production support for cloud networks and 4G/5G infrastructure.
- Have experience troubleshooting customer issues in live networks.
