- Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD
- Develop shop drawings, as built drawings, and construction details
- Revise drawings based on site conditions, consultant comments, and project requirements
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy
- Review project specifications and construction documents
- Ensure drawings comply with local authority regulations and company standards
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions
- Support the project team throughout the construction process by providing technical drafting assistance
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman in a building construction/contracting company
- Proficient in AutoCAD (2D); knowledge of Revit is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and civil drawings
- Familiarity with UAE building codes and construction standards preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills

Job Summary
