- Manage a portfolio of clients, responsible for day to day client liaison and technical issues management.
- Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges and contribute to team's technical acumen.
- Design audit strategy and manage audit execution in alignment with engagement leader guidance.
- Advise clients on financial reporting and regulatory developments.
- Manage client relations with senior management, including delivering presentations to board of directors and audit committees.
- Ensure compliance with risk, quality and independence matters.
- Coach, mentor and develop team members.
- Encourage involvement in digital initiatives and use of audit transformation technologies.
- Participate in recruitment process for interviewing and selecting candidates.
Requirements
- Degree in accounting, finance or other related academic major.
- Minimum of 6 8 years of professional experience in external financial audit in one of the Big 4.
- Completed a recognised professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, ACA, CPA.
- Experience in auditing diverse range of industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is a plus.
- Strong project management skills and experience managing an audit from planning to completion.

How You’ll Contribute
- Assist proactively in management of a portfolio of clients, responsible for day to day client liaison and technical issues management.
- Be responsible for business development activities to identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients.
- Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges and contribute to development of your own and your team’s technical acumen.
- Assist in management and delivering of large projects, ensuring key deadlines are met.
- Act in charge of designing the audit strategy and managing audit execution in alignment with engagement leader guidance.
- Advise clients on financial reporting and regulatory developments.
- Manage client relations with senior management, including delivering presentations to board of directors and audit committees.
- Ensure adherence to compliance with risk, quality and independence matters.
- Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues.
- Be responsible for coaching, mentoring and development of team members.
- Encourage involvement in digital initiatives and use of audit transformation technologies.
- Take part in recruitment process for interviewing and selecting candidates.
What You’ll Bring
- A degree in accounting, finance or other related academic major.
- Minimum of 6 8 years of professional experience in external financial audit in one of the big 4.
- Completed a recognised professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA, ACA, CPA.
- Experience in auditing diverse range of industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
