The Middle East Assurance practice provides audit and risk services through human-led and technology-enabled delivery.

Business unit overview

Core Assurance delivers high-quality audits that support trust, regulatory compliance, transparency, and stakeholder confidence.

The role manages an iconic client portfolio and full-cycle external audit assignments.

How you will contribute

  • Manage client portfolios, day-to-day client liaison, technical issues, and business development activities.
  • Develop strategies for complex technical challenges and contribute to the technical development of the team.
  • Manage large projects and audit execution, ensuring deadlines and engagement-leader guidance are met.
  • Advise clients on financial reporting and regulatory developments and present to senior management, boards, and audit committees.
  • Maintain compliance with risk, quality, and independence requirements.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members while promoting collaboration and wellbeing.
  • Encourage digital initiatives, audit transformation technologies, and alternative delivery models.
  • Participate in recruitment interviews and candidate selection.

What you will bring

  • Degree in accounting, finance, or a related academic major.
  • Six to eight years of professional experience in external financial audit at one of the Big Four firms.
  • Recognized professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, ACA, or CPA.
  • Experience auditing a diverse range of industries.
  • Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, project management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to support innovation, collaboration, constructive challenge, resilience, and self-development.
  • Arabic and English bilingual proficiency is a plus.
  • Knowledge of audit technologies and data analytics tools is a plus.
