About the Role

- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in food and beverage, kitchen, or related professional area
- OR 2 year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in food and beverage, kitchen, or related professional area

- 在餐厅总监或餐厅经理缺勤的情况下，监督餐厅和所有相关区域。
- 参加部门会议并传达关于部门目标的明确一致信息，以产生期望的绩效。
开展日常餐厅运营
- 确保所有员工拥有适当的用品、设备和制服。
- 向厨师和餐厅经理传达有关食品质量和服务水准的任何问题。
- 确保遵守所有餐厅政策、标准和程序。
- 根据当地法律监督酒类饮品服务。
- 努力实现或超越预算目标。
- 在必要时履行餐厅员工和相关部门的所有职责。
- 餐厅开业与歇业。
提供卓越的客户服务
- 与客人互动并获得对产品质量和服务水准的反馈。
- 监督人员编制，确保宾客服务、运营需求和财务目标均得以满足。
- 鼓励员工在指导方针范围内提供卓越的客户服务。
- 处理客人的问题和投诉，并在必要时寻求主管协助。
- 努力改善服务表现。
- 为客户关系树立积极的榜样。
- 协助员工审查评论卡和客人满意度结果。
