- Conduct learning needs analysis and assist in shaping the hotel training plan
- Collaborate with People and Culture Manager to implement and facilitate the training plan and budget
- Monitor and follow up on all training activities, ensuring timely submission of reports
- Ensure mandatory Academy trainings are assigned, conducted, and completed
- Maintain 100% compliance with employee onboarding program
- Coordinate and deliver training programs from internal and external providers
- Champion use of online and e learning tools, track registrations and completions
- Develop and execute quality departmental training plans and provide coaching
- Manage the Accor HERO Learning Portal and ensure colleague completion
- Evaluate cross training initiatives and explore multi property training opportunities
- Create monthly/quarterly reports using HERO
- Serve as Brand Ambassador and support departmental trainers
Requirements
- Experience in learning and development within hospitality
- Knowledge of training needs analysis and training plan development
- Familiarity with e learning platforms and learning management systems
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Ability to manage multiple training initiatives and report on outcomes
