- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to understand hiring needs and support recruitment strategies
- Manage end to end recruitment processes across a variety of positions within GIH, DIFC, and selected international markets
- Identify and engage qualified talent through direct sourcing, job boards, social media, networking, and other channels
- Deliver a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions and workforce planning
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring requirements
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting, and documentation in line with company policies
- Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related HR roles in a multinational or healthcare environment
- Experience managing end to end recruitment processes across different types of roles
- Knowledge of the UAE talent market and local recruitment practices
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship building skills

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related HR roles in a multinational or healthcare environment.
- Experience managing end to end recruitment processes across different types of roles.
- Knowledge of the UAE talent market and local recruitment practices.
