Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Associate Security Engineer will work closely with Clients Managed Security Controls unit.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in network security, identity management, and endpoint protection technologies.
Youll work alongside experienced engineers and contribute to real-world projects that protect enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Job requirements
- Assist in responding to technical support inquiries related to Network Security products (Firewalls, email security, DLP solutions, Broadcom IGA, Symantec EDR etc.)
- Help analyze and troubleshoot basic technical issues under the guidance of senior engineers
- Document support cases, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and learn from their expertise
- Participate in knowledge base creation and maintenance for common issues and solutions
- Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and product updates to enhance your technical knowledge
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Basic understanding of network architecture, computer systems, and security protocols
- Strong interest in cybersecurity and eagerness to learn about identity management and endpoint protection
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Exposure to or interest in technologies such as:
• Email Security (Proofpoint)
- DLP Solutions (Proofpoint and Forecpoint)
- nCipher HSM (Hardware Security Module)
- Tripwire Enterprise
