Role Overview
Join AECOM’s Integrated Programme Controls team as a Project Director in the risk management function.
Lead risk management capability for major infrastructure projects across multiple sectors.
Manage an established team of risk consultants supporting capital projects across the UK and globally.
Responsibilities
- Lead risk management for high-value projects and programmes.
- Implement risk management with project teams and provide risk input to bids and proposals.
- Perform risk assurance checks and communicate risk data to senior leaders.
- Produce risk reports and coach staff in risk management best practice.
- Facilitate risk identification, assessment, and prioritisation.
- Develop Risk Registers, Risk Management Plans, and Risk Mitigation Plans.
- Conduct QCRA and QSRA using Monte Carlo and related techniques.
- Design risk management frameworks and support project controls teams.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university or a risk management qualification such as MOR, APM Risk, or IRM.
- Experience in a multidisciplinary project environment.
