Job Description
- The global Product Organization delivers holistic product strategy for Visa.
- We are looking for New College Graduates for the Associate Product Manager Program.
- The program includes four six month rotations over two years, building skills in innovation, product marketing, commercialization, and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Support development of product strategy, go to market plans, and product design documents.
- Support development of product roadmap to define product goals and strategies.
- Become knowledgeable on Visa’s products and support product feature development.
- Understand market trends, competition, and user requirements.

- Collaborate with designers and engineering to create and iterate on design concepts.
- Collaborate with internal Visa teams to define and execute cohesive strategy.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree graduating May 2025 August 2026.
- Must be available to start August/September 2026.
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS in Product Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- Internships with related work experience.
- Eagerness and self starting approach.
- Problem solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in cross functional collaborative environments.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology.
- Technical fluency including programming languages, data analysis, business case modeling.
