Responsibilities
- Support the development of product strategy, go to market plans, and product design documents
- Support the development of the product roadmap to define/support product goals and strategies
- Become knowledgeable on Visa's products and support the product team in driving product features and functionality
- Understand market trends, competition, and user requirements
- Distill market research to provide perspective to the team and product management leaders
- Collaborate with designers to create design concepts and with Engineering to implement and iterate
- Collaborate with internal Visa teams to define and execute a cohesive strategy related to a specific product or feature
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree graduating May 2025 August 2026
- Must be available to start working August/September 2026
- BA/BS degree in Product Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Internships with related work experience
- Eagerness and self starting approach and entrepreneurial mindset
- Problem solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in cross functional collaborative environments
- Knowledge or experience with Agile methodology
- Technical fluency including programming languages; data analysis; business case/modeling; pricing; design

- The global Product Organization delivers holistic product strategy for Visa.
- We are looking for New College Graduates interested in being a future Product Manager to join our Associate Product Manager Program.
- The program includes four six month rotations over two years, working on high impact product opportunities.
- Upon completion, high performing participants will be prepared to take on advanced product roles.
Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications
