- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of cybersecurity products and services
- Support design and development of tailored security solutions under guidance of senior presales engineers
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of product offerings
- Contribute to customer discussions by providing technical insights
- Respond to technical questions from potential clients
- Work with clients to resolve technical issues during evaluation
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer or Information Technology or related subjects
- 0 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT, or presales, including internships or academic projects
- Entry level certifications such as Security+, SSCP, eJPT, or equivalent
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies (SIEM, EDR, network security, cloud security)
- Strong interest in cybersecurity and willingness to continuously learn
- Good communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Familiarity with security frameworks (NCA, SAMA, NIST) preferred

Role Overview
- The Associate Presales Engineer will support the sales and presales teams by contributing to the technical aspects of the sales cycle.
- This role is designed as an entry point into cybersecurity presales, providing hands on experience and mentorship.
