- Improve costs and manage towards bottom line goals
- Enhance catalog quality around completeness & discoverability
- Partner with strategy & operations teams, enterprise partner managers, product, engineering, analytics and other stakeholders
- Analyze operational data rooted in quality, cost and efficiency metrics to inform strategy
Requirements
- 1 2+ years experience in consulting, finance or related strategy and operations
- Completed Bachelor's Degree
- Self starter with bias for action
- Analytical and comfortable with Excel, SQL

About the Role
- We are hiring two Associates based in Canada to support our New Verticals Strategy & Operations team.
- You may be responsible for identifying, leading, and prioritizing initiatives to improve our operating rhythms across New Verticals, impacting both the US and Canadian businesses.
- You will lead short term execution, strategize long term plans and implement product features.
- This role is currently an individual contributor position. We operate in a hybrid model.

- You have 1 2+ years experience in consulting, finance or related strategy and operations.
- You have a completed Bachelor's Degree.
Compensation
- Base salary range: CAD 86,500—CAD 108,000 per year.
- In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
