Role overview
Lead the design and user experience direction of web and digital products.
Combine hands-on design execution with team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Deliver visually compelling, user-friendly, and high-performing digital experiences.
Design leadership
- Lead end-to-end design for websites, landing pages, PWAs, and digital campaigns.
- Maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
- Review designers' work and provide feedback on usability, visual design, accessibility, and brand alignment.
Web and UX design
- Create responsive, mobile-first layouts and user interfaces.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Coordinate usability reviews and incorporate user feedback into iterations.
- Collaborate with front-end developers on accurate design implementation.
Delivery and collaboration
- Partner with product managers and marketing teams on business-driven design solutions.
