- Experience with VMI/CMI systems preferred

Position Summary
- Primary point of contact and advocate for VMI/CMI customers.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and agreed levels of customer service.
- Manage customer end to end replenishment process.
A Day in the Life
- Drive customer satisfaction by delivering high quality service.
- Proactive data analytics on customer behavior and out of stock risks.
- Generate optimized replenishment orders in VMI/CMI system.
- Manage VMI technical solution including data maintenance.
- Optimize distribution costs with cross functional partners.
- Engage with customers to resolve stock replenishment issues.
- Ensure right and on time information for customer stock activities.
- Execute strategies from Operational Demand & Supply Review.
What Will Make You Successful
- 2 4 years operational experience in order fulfillment.
- Experience working for or with a customer in collaborative environment.
- Experience in other Supply Chain functions such as Physical Logistics or Sales support.
- Experience in related business improvement projects.
- Good knowledge of Generating Demand, Supply Chain and Finance process for pricing.
- Understanding of Logistics processes including Materials Handling.
- College/University degree required.
- Supply Chain E2E Processes and Customer Service Best Practices knowledge.
