Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Support the implementation of safety programs and initiatives
- Collaborate in executing and monitoring HSE initiatives across departments
- Help maintain documentation related to HSE policies and procedures
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and operations to identify hazards
- Assist in monitoring workplace conditions for compliance
- Support in operating, maintaining, and calibrating HSE monitoring equipment
- Participate in investigating workplace accidents and environmental incidents
- Compile data and prepare reports
- Support the development and delivery of HSE training materials
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- 1 2 years of professional experience in HSE or related field
- Knowledge of HSE principles, regulations, and standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language

The opportunity
- We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Specialist to join our team. This role will assist in developing and implementing policies and practices that identify and mitigate hazardous conditions.
How you’ll make an impact
- Assisting in developing and maintaining HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Supporting the implementation of safety programs and initiatives
- Collaborating in executing and monitoring HSE initiatives across departments
- Helping maintain documentation related to HSE policies and procedures
- Conducting routine inspections of facilities and operations to identify hazards
- Assisting in monitoring workplace conditions for compliance

- Document findings from investigations and assist in developing recommendations
- Compiling data and preparing reports
- Supporting the development and delivery of HSE training materials
- Assisting in conducting safety awareness sessions and basic training programs
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- 1 2 years of professional experience in HSE or related field
- Knowledge of HSE principles, regulations, and standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication abilities
- Understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language
