- Coordinate end to end direct/blue collar recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer coordination, and onboarding documentation
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring needs
- Manage and facilitate employee induction and onboarding programs
- Support workforce planning activities by maintaining hiring trackers and providing recruitment status updates
- Assist HR Business Partners in executing employee engagement initiatives, surveys, recognition programs, and culture building activities
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze HR dashboards and reports on headcount, recruitment, turnover, onboarding, diversity, and other key HR metrics
Requirements
- Experience in end to end recruitment, preferably blue collar
- Experience in onboarding and employee induction
- Ability to prepare HR dashboards and reports
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Job Overview
- Recruitment Lead and coordinate end to end Direct/blue collar recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer coordination, and onboarding documentation.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of direct/blue collar hiring needs.
- Manage and facilitate employee induction and onboarding programs, ensuring new hires receive a positive and compliant onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support workforce planning activities by maintaining hiring trackers and providing recruitment status updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, including Talent Acquisition, GR, and Operations, to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
- Assist HR Business Partners in the execution of employee engagement initiatives, surveys, recognition programs, and culture building activities.
- Coordinate engagement events and activities to enhance employee experience and support retention objectives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance HR processes, reporting, and employee experience.
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze HR dashboards and reports, providing insights on headcount, recruitment, turnover, onboarding, diversity, and other key HR metrics.
- Generate regular and ad hoc HR analytics to support business decision making and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
