Job Summary
- Join Standard Chartered as an Associate, Enablement, Client Management UAE and MENA based in Dubai.
- Role is pivotal in championing consistent implementation of Department Operating Instructions and standardised procedures across Client Management teams.
- Fostering a culture of open communication with auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support consistent application of departmental standards and operational instructions.
- Act as subject matter expert for credit documentation processes.
- Drive enhancements in Client Management processes.
- Proactively engage with auditors and regulators.
- Maintain robust controls through KCSA and CST.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across business units.
- Support resolution of operational risks.
- Carry out ad hoc duties and projects.
Process & Operational Excellence
- Ensure efficient management of credit documentation.
- Oversee issuance, discharge, and maintenance of security documentation.
- Champion correct execution of Key Control Self Assessments and Control Standard Tests.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to streamline processes.
