- Fulfill ecommerce orders on the offline channel (retail stores) with urgency and efficiency
- Achieve e commerce sales target
- Support frontline team in returns processing
- Ensure knowledge transfer to other team members and sharing awareness of hybrid approach in retail
- Report instantly about identified technical errors with IT Service Desk and take necessary action to explain issue and keep communication with support team
- Report instantly about identified shortages in stock and take necessary action to explain issue with the concerned stakeholders to update their records in the system
- Ensure compliance with Omnichannel system processes and operating policies and procedures

What you'll be doing
- Our Ecommerce Operations Associate is responsible for the fulfillment of ecommerce orders on the offline channel (retail stores) with the greatest sense of urgency and efficiency.

- Achieve e commerce sales target.
- Support frontline team in returns processing.
- Ensure knowledge transfer to other team members and sharing awareness of hybrid approach in retail.
