- Advise executive leadership through human capital insights.
- Lead enterprise-wide people strategy aligned with business growth.
- Drive workforce planning, organizational design, and operating model effectiveness across multiple business units.
Talent and Performance
- Oversee succession planning and leadership pipeline development.
- Lead enterprise talent reviews and leadership development initiatives.
