Role Overview
Lead cost management services for a key client or portfolio of clients.
Support projects across data centers, high-tech and manufacturing, commercial, and other mission-critical environments.
Deliver consistent, high-quality service while managing internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead commissions and manage service delivery against appointment conditions and company standards.
- Manage project financial performance, forecasts, margins, and monthly financial reports.
- Develop priority plans, risk mitigation strategies, management controls, and performance measures.
- Maintain Business Management Systems and conduct internal and external audit activities.
- Advise clients on contracting and procurement strategies and support capital planning and reporting.
- Build client relationships, support business development, and prepare proposals and RFP responses.
- Capture lessons learned, maintain internal databases, and participate in industry networking.
- SOX control responsibilities may apply where relevant.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related construction field.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in construction-industry cost management.
- Subject matter expertise in Quantity Surveying.
- A graduate degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
- Construction consultancy experience is strongly preferred.
- RICS certification or equivalent professional accreditation is preferred.
- Strong financial, commercial, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills are required.
