Role overview

Transaction Banking Group Product Management is hiring an Associate Director, Card Payables.

The role supports the Commercial Card product for Corporate, Commercial, and Institutional Banking clients.

The position may be based in Singapore or India, subject to the selected application location.

Commercial Card product management

  • Direct and influence Commercial Card product development to align with business and regulatory requirements.
  • Support product development, go-to-market, launch, and ongoing optimization.
  • Identify opportunities, validate business cases, and lead agile squads delivering product solutions.
  • Interpret regulatory and discretionary changes and assess product impact.
  • Manage product changes through use cases, solutioning, agile delivery, testing, and production verification.
  • Define the operating model with operations, implementation, servicing, and technology stakeholders.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog and lead trade-off discussions.
  • Prepare executive program reporting on progress, risks, issues, and mitigation actions.

Platform rollouts and stakeholders

  • Develop go-to-market materials for internal and external training, marketing, and business development.
  • Support product implementation, in-country training, knowledge transfer, pilot client implementation, and client migration.
  • Coordinate efforts across product, program management, operations, compliance, risk, technology, sales, and coverage teams.
  • Manage partnerships with card processors, card schemes, vendors, and fintech companies.

Candidate requirements

  • Degree in Business or an equivalent discipline.
  • Degree in Information Technology is advantageous.
  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial card or cash product management and development.
  • Experience implementing medium- to large-scale transaction banking product platforms across multiple countries.
  • Strong product, project management, analytical problem-solving, communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across markets, time zones, and cultures.
