Role Overview

Support Securities Lending front office teams with client reporting, internal management information, and borrower performance analysis.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders on Securities Lending fee and revenue estimates for prospects, RFPs, RFIs, and existing clients.

Develop reports using SQL, Power BI, and VBA to address business needs.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Review daily, weekly, and monthly business-as-usual reports.
  • Retrieve and analyze data by writing SQL queries and interpreting Access, SQL, and Power BI outputs.
  • Produce risk-related reports with Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Short Duration Fixed Income teams.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries and information requests.
  • Recommend procedural changes using root cause analysis.
  • Work on product-related projects assigned by front office teams.

Skills and Experience Required

  • At least 24 months as a Senior Analyst, 12 months as a Technical Coordinator, and 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient knowledge of Excel macros, Microsoft Access, SQL, and Power BI.
  • Graduate or postgraduate qualification, such as an MBA or equivalent.
  • Securities Lending, portfolio management, or database management experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to work shifts according to business requirements.
