About the Role
Al Tayer Insignia is looking for an Associate Buyer with multi-brand luxury fashion experience to support the Boys' and Girls' Kidswear categories. The role involves assortment planning, sales analysis, and supplier relationships.

Responsibilities
- Support the buying and assortment planning process across Boys' and Girls' Kidswear categories
- Assist in selecting commercially successful product ranges aligned to customer needs and market trends
- Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and product sell through to identify opportunities and risks
- Analyse trading performance and provide recommendations to optimise sales and profitability
- Work closely with Planning, Merchandising, Stores, VM, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams
- Support seasonal buying trips, range reviews, and supplier meetings
- Maintain strong relationships with international brand partners and suppliers
- Keep up to date with global fashion trends, competitor activity, and customer insights within the kidswear market
Requirements
- 2 4 years' experience in Buying or Assistant Buying, ideally within Kidswear, luxury Fashion Retail with multi brand luxury experience essential
- Experience working with international or global fashion brands essential
- Strong understanding of Boys' and Girls' apparel categories
- Excellent commercial awareness with ability to interpret sales and market data
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Passion for fashion, trends, and consumer behaviour
- Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

About the Role

What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years' experience in Buying or Assistant Buying, ideally within Kidswear, luxury Fashion Retail with multi brand luxury experience is essential.
- Experience working with international or global fashion brands is essential.
- Strong understanding of Boys' and Girls' apparel categories.
- Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to interpret sales and market data.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and influencing skills.
