- Coordinate with manager to understand travel requirements
- Support booking of domestic and international travel including flights, accommodation, and local transportation
- Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels to obtain options, quotations, and confirmations
- Ensure bookings are made in a timely and cost effective manner in line with institute policies
- Assist in preparation of travel itineraries, confirmations, and travel documentation
- Maintain records of travel bookings, expenses, and supporting documents
- Support visa coordination by providing necessary travel documents and liaising with immigration team
- Track travel schedules and assist with changes, cancellations, or emergency travel requirements
- Ensure compliance with institutional travel policies and approval processes
- Assist in processing travel related invoices and coordinate with finance for reimbursements and payments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution with at least 60% marks
- 1 3 years of experience in travel coordination, administration, or similar role
- Certification in travel/tourism or related field (desirable)
