Job Description
- The Server Assistant is an essential member of the F&B team dedicated to exceptional quality and service.
- Assist the Food Server in providing an enjoyable dining experience.
- Clear tables and reset them neatly, rapidly, and completely.
- Perform side work, polish silverware, refill condiments, and crumb tables.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- General food knowledge.
- Good personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform to Four Seasons standards.
- Outgoing personality and can do approach.
- Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management.
