About the Role
Kerzner International is seeking an Arabic-speaking Assistant Restaurant Manager for Levantine cuisine at One&Only Royal Mirage in Dubai. The role involves ensuring personalized dining experiences, supervising daily operations, training staff, and controlling costs in a luxury 5-star environment.

- Ensure all guests receive personalized and exceptional dining experiences reflecting authentic Levantine hospitality
- Handle VIP guests and special dining requests professionally and efficiently
- Resolve guest complaints promptly while maintaining the highest level of guest satisfaction
- Maintain luxury 5 star service standards at all times
- Monitor guest satisfaction scores, reviews, and feedback to continuously improve service quality
- Supervise daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth service flow
- Ensure proper table setup, restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and high quality food service
- Maintain service timing, food presentation, and quality control standards
- Oversee restaurant opening and closing procedures
- Assist in recruiting, training, coaching, and mentoring restaurant colleagues
- Conduct daily briefings and shift meetings to ensure operational readiness
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a luxury 5 star hotel or upscale restaurant environment
- Previous experience in a Levantine restaurant concept is highly preferred
- Arabic speaker with excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Strong knowledge of Levantine cuisine and fine dining service standards
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent guest relations and complaint handling abilities
- Knowledge of wine and beverage service
- Strong conflict resolution and problem solving skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards
