About the Role
Standard Chartered is hiring an Assistant Relationship Manager in Dubai to support revenue generation and business development for Priority Banking. The role involves acquiring new customers, building relationships with high net worth clients, and ensuring compliance with KYC/AML standards.

Responsibilities
- Support the Senior/Associate Director for revenue generation and business development
- Support induction of new customers brought in by the Senior/Associate Director
- Achieve best in class productivity to maximize sales process efficacy
- Update and maintain all MIS (calls, prospects, attrition etc.)
- Maintain and update customer information on CEMS
- Activate dormant accounts
- Build and deepen relationships with existing Priority Customers
- Effectively meet customer expectations and handle/reduce customer complaints
- Provide professional customer service to achieve high customer satisfaction and retention
- Ensure compliance with KYC/AML updates and proper documentation
Requirements
- University graduate
- Relevant experience in relationship management
- Experience in handling banking customer services and investment products
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of the business environment in UAE, preferably with direct contacts with local HNI community
- Proficiency in computers
- Knowledge of banking practices and regulations
- Anti money laundering, sanctions/compliance training and basic banking practice

Job Summary
- Supporting the Senior/Associate Director for Revenue generation and business development
- Drive the Digital Agenda
Acquisition & Sales Management
- Supporting in induction of all NTB new customers brought in by the Senior/Associate Director
- Achieve best in class productivity to maximize efficacy of the sales process
- Update & maintain all MIS (Calls, Prospects, Attritions etc.)
- Maintain and update customer information on CEMS
- Activation of dormant accounts
- Constantly updated product and process knowledge
Customer Relationship Building
- Build and deepen relationships with existing Priority Customers
- Effectively meeting customer expectations and handling/ reduction of customer complaints
- Provide professional customer service to achieve high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention
- Have complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of profile, demographics & psychographics and assets
- Serve as the one point contact to the High Net Worth customers of the Bank

Qualifications
- University Graduate
- Relevant experience in relationship management

- Good understanding of business environment in UAE preferably with direct contacts with local HNI community
