Ajman University seeks a full-time Assistant or Associate Professor in General Pathology for its College of Dentistry.
The role requires undergraduate teaching, academic engagement, scholarly research, and commitment to academic excellence and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver didactic and laboratory teaching in General Pathology for undergraduate dental programs.
- Enhance pathology curricula in line with accreditation requirements and outcome-based education standards.
- Advise students and support student research activities.
- Contribute to scholarly output, research initiatives, and collaborative academic activities.
- Participate in curriculum development and academic committees.
- Engage in community outreach and professional service aligned with university goals.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- MBBS or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- PhD in General Pathology or a closely related discipline from an accredited university.
- Demonstrated undergraduate teaching experience in General Pathology, preferably in health sciences or dental education.
- Proven record of research and scholarly publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Ability to contribute to interdisciplinary teaching and research within health sciences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
