Adjunct Faculty in Marketing (with Digital Marketing Focus)

Position Overview

Qualifications and Experience

• A doctorate in marketing is required, preferably with a digital marketing focus.
• Exceptional candidates with a master’s degree and extensive, directly relevant professional experience may also be considered.
• At least 5 years of academic or industry experience in marketing or digital marketing is required.
• Fluency in English and excellent communication and collaboration skills are required.
• Relevant professional certifications are welcomed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction in Marketing and Digital Marketing courses aligned with course objectives and student engagement goals.
• Assess and monitor student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Develop and organize instructional resources, syllabi, and project-based assignments covering traditional and digital marketing.
• Design innovative, practice-oriented materials and adapt to evolving teaching methodologies.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful, and culturally sensitive classroom environment.
• Motivate students to develop marketing skills, digital literacy, and professional growth.
• Integrate case studies, industry projects, and digital platforms into teaching.
• Collaborate with colleagues and industry partners to improve teaching and the student experience.
