The College of Mass Communication at Ajman University is seeking an Adjunct Professor beginning in the Spring 2025 semester.
The position focuses on graduate-level Public Relations and Corporate Communication teaching.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver online courses in the specified discipline areas.
- Evaluate and monitor individual student progress.
- Provide feedback to sustain student success.
- Support and expand curriculum development in Public Relations and Corporate Communication.
- Maintain relationships with students that support learning and industry experience.
Job Requirements
- Ph.D. in communication, mass communication, or a relevant discipline.
- At least three years of industry experience in Public Relations or a marketing communication field.
- Evidence of ability to teach Reputation Management, Digital Public Relations, Public Relations Campaigns, or Corporate Communication Skills.
- Fluent English communication skills, orally and in writing.
- Previous graduate-level Public Relations teaching experience is a plus.
- Previous online teaching experience is a plus.
Skills Required

- Evidence of scholarly work is a plus.
- Ability to connect with industry organizations.
