Teaching and Student Support

• Develop and teach undergraduate Web Applications and Computer Science courses.
• Use innovative, technology-based learning and teaching approaches.
• Assess student progress, provide feedback, supervise student work, and provide academic advising.
• Maintain relationships with students that support learning and personal development.

Research and Engagement

• Conduct high-quality independent research and publish outcomes in reputable journals and conferences.
• Provide consultancy services to researchers and the business community.
• Engage in community, scholarly, and interdisciplinary activities and promote university growth.

University Service

• Participate in departmental, college, and university committees as assigned.
• Establish effective relationships across the organization and community.
• Maintain a respectful and culturally sensitive learning environment.
• Seek resources and methods that achieve course and lesson objectives and complete assigned duties.

Knowledge and Skills

• Communicate effectively in oral and written formats and work effectively with diverse team members.
• Familiarity with the Credit Hour academic system and Learning Management Systems.
• Knowledge of academic program planning and implementation.
• Ability to supervise student work, advise students, conduct research, and publish scholarly work.
