Qualifications & Experience

• Doctorate in Management is required.
• Exceptional candidates with a Master’s degree and extensive, directly relevant professional experience may be considered.
• At least five years of academic or industry experience in management is required.
• Fluency in English and excellent communication and collaboration skills are required.
• Relevant professional certifications are welcomed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality instruction in Management courses aligned with course objectives and active student engagement.
• Assess and monitor student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Develop, organize, and update instructional resources, syllabi, and teaching materials.
• Design innovative, practice-oriented course materials and adapt to evolving teaching methodologies.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful, and culturally sensitive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and build productive university and community relationships.
• Motivate students to develop managerial competencies, leadership skills, and professional growth.
• Use innovative teaching methods, case studies, and real-world applications in course delivery.
