- Demonstrated Research skills, including designing studies, data analysis, and publication in peer reviewed journals
- Solid foundation in Economics to support teaching and research
- Prior university level teaching experience and evidence of effective classroom instruction
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Experience with educational technologies, learning management systems, and blended learning approaches is an asset

Role Description
- This full time, on site Assistant Professor in Finance role at Plekhanov University Dubai is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The Assistant Professor will deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in finance, develop and update course materials, and ensure alignment with program learning outcomes and accreditation standards.
- The role includes supervising student projects and theses, advising students on academic progression, and participating in curriculum development and program review.
- The Assistant Professor will conduct and publish scholarly research, present at academic conferences, and contribute to grant applications and collaborative projects.

Qualifications

- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and strong classroom management skills.
