Role Overview
The Assistant Outlet Manager supports food and beverage outlet operations and helps ensure Ritz-Carlton service standards are delivered.
The role coordinates staff performance, guest service, outlet readiness, inventory, safety, and operational improvements.
Outlet Operations
- Ensures staff work together to provide optimum service and meet guest needs.
- Completes opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, equipment checks, and securing doors.
- Inspects storage areas for organization, FIFO use, and cleanliness.
- Completes inventories and requisitions necessary supplies.
- Monitors dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being.
- Completes maintenance repair work orders.
People Management
- Assists with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
- Inspects grooming and attire, rectifies deficiencies, and serves as a role model for staff.
- Serves as a first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
