About the Role

- Validate and approve transaction processing in line with defined standards
- Provide operational support and resolve queries for Branches and Business Units
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and CBUAE guidelines
- Act as a technical reference point for complex transactions and issues
- Manage reconciliation activities and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Liaise with Back Office for archival documentation and tracking
- Support account closure activities and cheque return processes
- Participate in UATs and operational improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 4 6 years of experience in banking operations or processing roles
- UAE banking experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of banking operations and processes
- Good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Purpose
- The role holder is responsible for validating transaction processing, supporting Business Units on operational matters, and ensuring all activities are executed in line with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
- The Assistant Manager will contribute to operational excellence, enhance service delivery, and support strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate and approve transaction processing in line with defined standards
- Provide operational support and resolve queries for Branches and Business Units
