Responsibilities
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future workforce requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to deliver efficient, high-quality recruitment outcomes.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, career events, and talent attraction campaigns.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring effectiveness, diversity, and Emiratisation goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in large or complex organisations.
- Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and recruitment best practices.
- Experience managing recruitment agencies, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in recruitment systems, ATS platforms, and data reporting tools.
- CIPD or SHRM certification is advantageous.
