About the Role
- As an Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will support the end to end recruitment and onboarding process across assigned divisions, ensuring the timely hiring of high caliber talent in line with business needs.
- Working closely with the Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will drive sourcing strategies, manage job postings, and oversee candidate selection, interviews, and offer processes.
- You will also play a key role in coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining accurate recruitment data, and ensuring all processes align with internal policies, service level agreements, and compliance standards.
- In addition, you will build strong relationships with stakeholders and external partners to ensure a consistent pipeline of quality candidates and seamless hiring experience.
