Job Summary

Support the organization's people strategy by leading and developing the HR team.

Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership and deliver effective employee support.

Resolve critical employee matters, improve HR operations, and align HR initiatives with business objectives.

HR Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead, mentor, and support the HR team to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Foster an open, collaborative, and inclusive team culture.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, performance feedback, and development opportunities.
  • Allocate workload and ensure high-quality HR service delivery.

Business Partnership and Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong working relationships with senior leaders and department managers.
  • Provide practical advice on people-related matters and align HR initiatives with business priorities.
  • Support organizational change and people strategies.
  • Coordinate strategic HR initiatives with Group Strategy, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, and other Centers of Excellence.

Employee Relations and Critical Issues

  • Manage sensitive and complex employee relations issues, investigations, and follow-up actions.
  • Resolve workplace conflicts while maintaining fairness, confidentiality, and policy compliance.
  • Support disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance-related matters.
  • Provide guidance on Saudi Labor Law and escalate significant risks with mitigation recommendations.

HR Operations and Improvement

  • Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor HR efficiency, compliance, and service quality.
  • Improve HR processes and support employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and insights for management decision-making.
  • Partner with Group HR functions on enterprise-wide initiatives and process alignment.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of HR experience, including leading or supervising HR teams.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, and labor law.
  • Experience with senior management and cross-functional relationships.
  • Ability to lead through challenging situations and manage critical HR issues.
  • Human resources certification is preferred.
