Responsibilities
- Ensure CDD review of documents, risk assessment, screening, and transaction monitoring are done in line with guidelines
- Monitor and conclude CDD cases under onboarding, triggers, and periodic reviews
- Coordinate with Compliance, OPC ARC and RMC where required
- Guide CDD analyst on review queries and improve quality of KYC reviews
- Engage with customers along with analyst for detailed clarification on guidelines/requirements
- Manage issues/escalations from customer/RM relating to cases reviewed
Requirements
- Experience in CDD review, risk assessment, and KYC processes
- Ability to coordinate with Compliance and business teams
- Experience in guiding analysts on review queries

Job Description
- Ensure CDD review of documents, risk assessment, screening, preparation of CDD forms, transaction monitoring are done in line with Compliance and C&IB guidelines within minimum engagement from Business teams.
- Monitor and conclusion of CDD cases under onboarding, triggers and periodic reviews.
- Coordinate with Compliance, OPC ARC and RMC where required
- Guide CDD analyst on review queries and improve quality of KYC reviews.
- Engage with customers along with analyst for detailed clarification on guidelines/requirements
- Manage issues/escalations from the customer/RM relating to cases reviewed
