About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assess and approve Retail Home Finance applications within delegated authority while ensuring sound credit judgment
- Review remedial and exception cases, ensuring decisions are delivered within agreed turnaround times
- Monitor portfolio quality, productivity, and operational performance through regular MIS reporting and continuous process improvements
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, audit recommendations, and risk control standards
- Support the Senior Manager in managing escalations, resolving customer and operational issues, and coaching team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Retail Credit, Home Finance, or Consumer Lending
- Strong knowledge of credit analysis, financial assessment, lending policies, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Organizational Unit Purpose
- The Consumer Risk unit evaluates and approves retail home finance applications exceeding delegated authority, ensuring compliance with lending policies, regulatory requirements, Sharia principles, and risk standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Assess and approve Retail Home Finance applications within delegated authority while ensuring sound credit judgment
- Review remedial and exception cases, ensuring decisions are delivered within agreed turnaround times (TAT)
- Monitor portfolio quality, productivity, and operational performance through regular MIS reporting and continuous process improvements
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, audit recommendations, and risk control standards
- Support the Senior Manager in managing escalations, resolving customer and operational issues, and coaching team members to enhance performance
Main Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Retail Credit, Home Finance, or Consumer Lending
- Strong knowledge of credit analysis, financial assessment, lending policies, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and Microsoft Office skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
