Position Summary

  • Joining Nestlé means joining the largest food and Beverage Company in the world.
  • In this role, you will execute impulse channel plans for key geographies and retailers, developed by Cluster CDT lead.
  • Execute a compelling category story by being the go to expert for the channel.
  • Responsible for reporting using multiple systems and tools.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Execution of ICP activities on the channel across the clusters and monitor effectiveness.
  • Enable implementation of PicOS (through 4Ps solutions) across the channel & key customer(s) with regular reviews.
  • Single point of contact for Sales and Marketing teams for Channel of responsibility, driving insights using external data resources like Nielsen, Dunnhumby, Kantar etc.
  • Promotional evaluation and optimization to utilize discounts effectively (Channel level) & tracking competitor activities.
  • Deliver Annual workbook to sales teams, for e.g. MSL.
  • Lead and Maintain Channel KPI tracking through MBPC.
  • Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies.

What Will Make You Successful…

  • At least 1 year’s experience within Generating Demand (CDT, Sales or Marketing).
  • Demonstrable record of success in delivering key commercial KPI's.
  • Foundational understanding of Nielsen, sell in, IMS etc is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and Problem solving Skills.
