Position Snapshot

Position Summary

  • Joining Nestlé means joining the largest food and Beverage Company in the world.
  • Responsible for executing impulse channel plans for key geographies and retailers.
  • Executing a compelling category story by being the go to expert for the channel.

A Day in the Life

  • Execution of ICP activities on the channel across the clusters and monitor effectiveness.
  • Enable implementation of PicOS (through 4Ps solutions) across the channel and key customers.
  • Single point of contact for Sales and Marketing teams for channel responsibility.
  • Promotional evaluation and optimization to utilize discounts effectively.
  • Deliver Annual workbook to sales teams, e.g. MSL.
  • Lead and maintain Channel KPI tracking through MBPC.
  • Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies.

What will make you successful

  • At least 1 year’s experience within Generating Demand (CDT, Sales or Marketing).
  • Demonstrable record of success in delivering key commercial KPI's.
  • Foundational understanding of Nielsen, sell in, IMS etc is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and Problem solving Skills.
