- Monitor guest satisfaction and handle complaints
Requirements
- Experience in in room dining or food and beverage operations
- Leadership and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of hotel policies and procedures

- Understand and disseminate corporate and hotel policies

- Support learning and development activities

- Act as a hotel ambassador
Departmental Managerial
- Support outlet manager in operational and administrative aspects
- Enforce operational standards
- Create synergy between In Room Dining and other departments
- Coordinate guest amenities and minibar operations
- Assist residents in apartments
- Provide catering services in guest rooms
- Supervise side duty schedules
- Maintain cleanliness and maintenance
- Identify areas for improvement
- Maintain communication with Chef de Cuisine
- Ensure menu descriptions are up to date
- Observe competition and market trends
Colleague Relations
- Provide leadership and direction to colleagues
- Focus on training order takers
- Ensure grooming standards
- Prepare weekly roster
- Conduct counselling and disciplinary actions
- Promote inter departmental communication
Guest Relations
- Monitor VIP guest requirements
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Drive team to create WOW moments
- Handle customer complaints
